Consultant – Workforce Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with clients to gain insight into their business needs and goals, ensuring effective project delivery.

• Set up clients on the CausewayOne platform, coordinating with various teams to implement optimal processes and swiftly resolve any issues.

• Take responsibility for customer projects, guiding them to completion while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer journey.

• Support the 3rd Line Support Team in tackling and resolving issues raised by current clients.

• Participate in the development of proposals and conduct post-implementation reviews, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement and innovation.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and improve their overall experience.

• Regularly collect feedback to continuously enhance the service provided.

• Exhibit enthusiasm and dedication to successfully complete projects and surpass expectations.

• Ensure clear, friendly, and effective communication when addressing customer inquiries.

• Consistently provide an excellent customer experience that promotes retention and referrals.

• Conduct customer training as needed during project delivery or as requested by clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience and understanding of Workforce Management.

• Previous experience in building and managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven track record in implementing business systems.

• Strong familiarity with REST APIs, including OAuth2/token-based authentication.

• Prior experience in integrating systems using APIs.

• Knowledge of JSON and XML data formats.

• Experience utilizing API testing tools such as Swagger, Postman, or curl.

• Experience with Java and/or jBPM.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server.

• Skilled in Git version control.

• Experience with Node.js.

• Proficient in Python.

• Previous experience in business process analysis, forms, and workflows.

• Prior experience in document management.

• Previous experience in supplier management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in handling customer data.

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel.

• Previous experience in writing technical documentation.

• A relevant degree or equivalent level of education is preferred.
