Consultant – Veeva Safety – Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining and implementing new features within the Veeva Safety suite.

• Collaborate closely with customer business and IT personnel to understand their needs.

• Utilize critical thinking to design solutions that meet both requested and unrequested customer needs.

• Serve as a liaison for customers, facilitating communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.

• Support customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices during post-implementation programs aimed at ensuring their overall success.

• Lead change management initiatives for clients transitioning from on-premises to SaaS solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant knowledge and work experience in the Life Sciences industry, specifically in Drug Safety and/or Pharmacovigilance.

• Experience in a Consulting and/or customer-facing role.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and deliver high levels of satisfaction.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capacity to work independently with clients, understand and translate business requirements, and develop corresponding solution designs.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, preferably content management software.

• Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud environments.

• Direct experience with regulated systems or data-driven applications such as Veeva Vault solutions, ArisG, Oracle Argus, or other technologies related to drug safety and pharmacovigilance management.

• Proficiency in additional European language(s).
