Consultant – Utilities, Capital Projects

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive consulting projects, ensuring outstanding delivery.

• Build and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations and insights.

• Supervise project teams and provide mentorship to junior consultants.

• Manage schedules, regulatory compliance, engineering standards, design, and risk management within a utility context.

• Monitor milestones and project completion across various initiatives.

• Support capital portfolio and project management efforts for Energy & Utilities clients.

• Contribute to business development and enhance client success from initiation to completion.

• Demonstrated experience in leading consulting projects and team management.

• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence and establish trust.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

• Proven experience in project management with a collaborative approach across multiple teams.

• Preferred areas of expertise include: Construction Financial Management, Project Management, Organizational Design, Analytical Research, Industrial Engineering, Microsoft Copilot / AI-enabled workflow tools.

• Willingness to travel 10–25% as required.
