This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Actively seek prospects within your territory by visiting construction sites, builders, contractors, remodelers, and trade partners.

• Create new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person sales presentations.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients with a strong emphasis on acquiring new accounts and expanding revenue.

• Drive product selection through consultative selling, specifications, and value-oriented solutions.

• Represent Pella at builder events, trade exhibitions, association meetings, and customer gatherings.

• Collaborate with internal operations, service, and quoting teams to ensure seamless execution after the sale.

• Keep precise records of pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in the CRM system.

• Regularly meet or surpass sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in outside B2B sales or territory management.

• Background in selling building materials, construction products, or similar solutions.

• Comfortable engaging with individuals at job sites, contractor offices, and end users.

• Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and foster long-lasting customer relationships.

• Strong skills in negotiation, handling objections, and closing deals.

• Capability to read blueprints, comprehend job specifications, and discuss installation requirements.

• High degree of independence, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
