Consultant – Stage de fin d'études, CIO / Citizen IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Investigate technological and organizational strategies to establish an effective Citizen IT framework.

• Determine the most pertinent use cases.

• Evaluate RPA, low-code, no-code, and other alternatives.

• Suggest an implementation model that balances business agility with IT governance.

• Catalogue available tools, their functionalities, use cases, and conditions for integration into the information system.

• Generate actionable recommendations that encourage Citizen IT adoption while maintaining IT governance.

• Develop a repository of best practices, associated advantages, and common pitfalls to avoid.

• Engage in one or more client consulting projects.

• Conduct interviews with companies and software vendors.

• Create deliverables that can be published and disseminated within the office.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate from a prestigious engineering or business institution.

• Engineering degree or Grande École diploma (PGE) required.

• Specialization or keen interest in Data, AI, or digital transformation.

• Initial exposure to transformation or business analysis topics through internships or projects.

• Strong desire to explore the consulting profession.

• Foundational knowledge in Data, AI, or digital transformation.

• Understanding of enterprise AI applications.

• Familiarity with Data & AI governance or operating models.

• Basic understanding of business analysis or organizational transformation.

• Awareness of ROI, KPIs, and value creation considerations.

• Intellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.

• Analytical and structured thinking abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.

• Interest in change management.

• Proficiency in both oral and written communication.

• Fluent in French required.

• Minimum C1 level in English required.
