Consultant, SmartRecruiters Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Offer implementation consulting to clients on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions.

• Adhere to delivery methodologies that are suitable for the project and the consultant's role, while advocating for industry best practices.

• Ensure high-quality execution and completion rates, while maintaining excellent client satisfaction across all engagements.

• Implement effective change management strategies, which include communications, testing, and training programs.

• Uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior and personal integrity.

• Foster positive and proactive communication with peers and colleagues, establishing strong relationships throughout the business.

• Apply talent acquisition strategies and concepts within organizations that have diverse needs.

• Provide functional process and design assistance to comprehend the current and desired future state of people, processes, and technology across various platforms.

• Collect feedback to accurately evaluate business requirements, identify pain points, and highlight gaps, facilitating best practice recommendations and optimal use of SmartRecruiters.

• Exhibit versatility, effectiveness, and a commitment to continually enhancing skills in recruitment practices and technology platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of client-facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters implementation.

• A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.

• Proven ability to support the successful implementation of technology solutions for talent acquisition processes.

• Experience with SmartRecruiters is essential, while familiarity with other systems such as Paradox, Workday, Greenhouse, and Oracle is advantageous.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other relevant software.

• A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; however, a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
