Consultant / Senior Consultant, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during configuration and implementation projects.

• Collect and document both business and technical requirements directly from client stakeholders.

• Design and configure solutions on the Trovata platform, converting requirements into functional system setups.

• Execute implementation projects and/or ongoing advisory services, including process optimization, platform expansion, and treasury best practices.

• Oversee daily workstream execution, including timelines, testing, client communication, and issue resolution.

• Recognize risks and changes in scope, escalating them to the Delivery Manager and Solutions Architect as necessary.

• Assist Delivery partners with current implementations.

• Contribute reusable templates, playbooks, and configuration patterns back to the practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in software implementation, treasury/finance consulting, or a comparable client-facing technical role.

• Demonstrated capability to conduct client meetings and manage stakeholder expectations autonomously.

• Strong understanding of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance processes.

• Experience in converting business requirements into technical configurations or process designs.

• Knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scoping, timelines, and status reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
