This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design and develop SAP solutions tailored for energy providers.
• Enhance and optimize current developments.
• Contribute to cloud-based solutions utilizing SAP BTP.
• Create services using CAP (Node.js/Java).
• Model data structures and services with CDS, alongside OData/REST APIs.
• Integrate services into S/4HANA Utilities processes.
• Execute customer requirements within the SAP environment.
• Diagnose errors and assist in the testing of processes and functions.
• Analyze and document customer requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to formulate technical concepts.
• Maintain close cooperation with consultants and senior developers.
• Continuously enhance your skills through various projects and training opportunities.
• A completed degree in computer science, engineering, natural sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Initial to several years of experience in SAP development.
• Familiarity with technologies such as SAP CAP (Node.js/Java), ABAP OO, or CDS views.
• Basic understanding of SAP CAP.
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP BTP, including Cloud Foundry and Destinations.
• Basic understanding of CDS and RAP.
• Introductory knowledge of API-based integrations using OData/REST services.
• Fundamental knowledge of SAPUI5/Fiori or modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of ABAP.
• Interest in the energy sector or a willingness to learn about S/4HANA Utilities.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps principles, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with energy-market projects.
• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
• Strong eagerness to learn, a collaborative spirit, and a customer-focused approach.
