
Consultant, Policy – Vaccines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as a subject matter expert on statutory and regulatory issues, as well as federal and state health policies that affect the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, particularly focusing on vaccine policy.
• Provide support and assistance in managing project teams to address complex client challenges.
• Oversee multiple clients along with both short-term and long-term deliverables.
• Address intricate client issues promptly and appropriately with minimal management supervision.
• Supervise a designated number of Associates while also serving as a mentor and resource for colleagues.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in health policy, public policy, healthcare management, public health, public administration, health economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of relevant experience in a healthcare consulting role, with a vaccine manufacturer, or a similar organization focused on policy and market access, marketing, or commercialization of vaccine products.
• Understanding of the U.S. vaccine policy and market access environment and its distinctions from other medical benefit drugs.
• Proven experience in managing primary market research projects.
• Background in project management, including budget tracking, timeline adherence, and client engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Practical experience in developing market access resources and promotional/non-promotional materials (preferred).
• Capability to qualitatively describe business cases for innovative vaccine products based on access frameworks (preferred).
• Experience in overseeing and supervising staff members (additional skill).
• Extensive experience in analyzing policy proposals, legislation, and/or regulations (additional skill).
