This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Following your onboarding process, you will assist in our Performance Management and Analytics projects with an emphasis on functional design and execution.
• Collaborate closely with clients to evaluate, design, and enhance performance management and analytics solutions.
• Prepare and lead workshops while aligning intricate content with various stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive control strategies for planning, forecasting, and KPI management.
• Create target visions, roadmaps, and functional concepts aimed at improving corporate performance management.
• Convert functional requirements into clear concepts and aid in selecting appropriate technical solutions.
• Implement CPM solutions on low-code and no-code platforms.
• A completed degree focusing on business administration, engineering, or computer science (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics).
• An interest in or experience with Performance Management, Analytics, and corporate performance management, along with a desire to grow in these areas.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, with a passion for presenting complex relationships in an understandable manner.
• Initial or substantial experience with BI and CPM tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Board, or similar solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with clients in both German and English.
• A proactive attitude, teamwork spirit, and enthusiasm for consulting work.
