This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop a structured outreach pipeline to create content partnerships with high-value third-party publishers
• Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle: including prospecting, initial outreach, follow-up sequences, content negotiations, placement confirmations, and payment management
• Craft personalized, high-converting cold emails and multi-touch outreach sequences tailored to various publisher types
• Create and sustain partnership playbooks, outreach templates, and content briefs
• Establish and manage an organized tracker to monitor pipeline status, conversion rates, and performance against targets
• Collaborate with internal content and SEO teams to guarantee the accuracy of partnership placements
• Utilize LLMs and AI tools to enhance prospecting, outreach personalization, and pipeline management
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a BDR, outreach, link building, or content partnerships role
• Demonstrated success in writing cold emails that generate responses
• Experience in establishing and finalizing content partnerships, paid placements, or backlink agreements with external publishers or site owners
• Capability to manage a high-volume pipeline while keeping track of each opportunity's status
• Excellent written communication skills
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals: domain authority, backlinks, search intent, and their significance for brand visibility
• Proficiency in using AI tools to scale research and personalization without compromising quality
