Consultant, Ivalua Experience Required

📋 Description

• Oversee the maintenance of Ivalua Certifications from levels L1 to L3.

• Lead project teams and individual contributors as necessary to achieve project objectives.

• Collect and analyze client requirements, addressing both business challenges and opportunities.

• Assess and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Derive insights from data analysis to guide strategic decision-making.

• Create solutions and document specifications, ensuring they align with client objectives.

• Manage projects and budgets, monitor milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, adapting messages for diverse audiences.

• Assist in change management by ensuring smooth transitions to new strategies or systems.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, introducing innovative ideas to client projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time and within scope.

• Exhibit strong analytical capabilities, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills.

• Support business development initiatives for the company as opportunities arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst or similar capacity, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.

• Solid understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Expertise in conducting requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.

• Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks (e.g., BABOK) and their practical application.

• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their execution.

• Experience with tools and technologies utilized in business analysis and project management.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex systems and identifying business challenges.

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and present findings effectively.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
