This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support for clients in patents and trademarks.

• Assist the sales team in the final stages of the process by informing clients about available services.

• Oversee client relationships for both new and existing clientele.

• Build and sustain strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and teams across all regions to ensure a unified service delivery.

• Supervise docketing activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in intellectual property.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

• Capability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of executives, managers, subject matter experts, and administrative staff.
