Consultant – Inclusive Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Fiji.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized technical expertise in disability inclusion.

• Organize, lead, and document the outcomes of a multi-stakeholder consultation.

• Create and present the ‘From Policy to Action Study’ framework for validation by stakeholders.

• Conduct the research, generate the study content, present the results, and assist in the final study launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree in Education, Disability Studies, Social Policy, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in inclusive education, disability rights, or strengthening education systems.

• Demonstrated expertise in facilitating multi-stakeholder consultations and conducting participatory research.

• Comprehensive understanding of the CRPD, SDGs, and inclusive education frameworks.

• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and report-writing abilities.

• Experience in Pacific contexts is highly desirable.
