Consultant II, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the functional execution of GETPAID implementations, taking charge of requirements gathering, solution design, and client outcomes.

• Acting as a subject matter expert in order-to-cash processes by evaluating client data and workflows to create optimized solutions, which include data mappings and process enhancements.

• Converting business requirements into solution designs and collaborating with technical teams to deliver configured and integrated solutions.

• Ensuring successful project execution by engaging with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment, quality, and timely delivery.

• Fostering strong client relationships and guiding customers through the implementation, testing, and adoption phases to secure long-term success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on expertise throughout the complete end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.

• Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies within O2C processes and apply enhancements that improve accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

• Strong background in collections management, including handling outstanding receivables, resolving disputes, and minimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

• Capacity to maintain positive customer relationships while effectively managing collections and ensuring timely payments.

• Experience working with ERP systems and understanding their role in supporting order-to-cash processes and data flow.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in translating client business requirements into technical specifications and conveying solutions clearly to both business and technical audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Required work hours: Standard business hours with flexibility to accommodate client needs.

• Overtime may be necessary based on project timelines.

• Occasional weekend work may be needed, depending on project demands.

• Travel requirement for this role: 35-40%.
