Consultant II, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the functional delivery of GETPAID implementations, taking ownership of requirements gathering, solution design, and client outcomes.

• Acting as a subject matter expert in order-to-cash processes by evaluating client data and workflows to create optimized solutions, including data mappings and enhancements in processes.

• Converting business requirements into solution designs and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored, integrated solutions.

• Ensuring successful project execution by liaising with cross-functional teams to guarantee alignment, quality, and timely delivery.

• Fostering strong client relationships and guiding customers through implementation, testing, and adoption to secure long-term success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on experience throughout the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.

• Demonstrated capability to identify inefficiencies within O2C processes and execute enhancements that improve accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

• Robust experience in collections management, including handling outstanding receivables, resolving disputes, and minimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

• Proficient in maintaining positive customer relationships while effectively managing collections and ensuring timely payments.

• Experience with ERP systems and an understanding of how they facilitate order-to-cash processes and data flow.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, complemented by strong communication, negotiation, and documentation capabilities.

• Ability to translate client business requirements into technical specifications and effectively communicate solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
