Consultant II, International Relocation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated caseload while serving as the primary point of coordination for all aspects of international relocation activities on behalf of the Client as specified in the contractual agreement;

• Exhibit expertise in Cartus products and services during all interactions; Provide Cartus products and services to assigned clients in accordance with Cartus and Client standards, programs, and policies.

• Administer CAD report to ensure compliance with Service Status Maintenance and move milestones.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with internal Cartus departments and external suppliers.

• Manage and update data within Cartus systems to comply with Cartus and Client audit requirements;

• Identify opportunities for enhancement related to services, processes, and policies;

• Recognize, identify, and advocate for opportunities to increase revenue.

• Engage in special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Previous exposure to international relocation, along with living or working abroad, is preferred.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience is required.

• Proven ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of relevant software and systems (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.)

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
