Consultant – HR/Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Set up the HR and Benefits modules

• Transform and import HR data into UKG Ready formats

• Input employee demographic information

• Establish pay grades

• Manage assets

• Oversee jobs and positions

• Handle contacts

• Facilitate employee enrollments

• Manage contact information for dependents and beneficiaries

• Create custom forms

• Configure benefits plan setups

• Develop benefits profile setups

• Design workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of practical consulting experience with UKG Ready HR/Benefits

• Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation)

• Knowledge of data conversion tools such as EasyMorph, Able2Extract, and Middleware

• Strong communication and client-facing abilities

• Capability to juggle multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment

• UKG Ready certification required

• Previous implementation or consulting experience is advantageous
