Consultant, Global Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, manage, and support both qualitative and quantitative market research initiatives.

• Perform market analyses, desk research, and competitive assessments.

• Develop questionnaires, interview guides, and research briefs.

• Analyze and interpret market, customer, and consumer data.

• Generate insights in Market Intelligence, Customer & Consumer Intelligence, and Product Intelligence sectors.

• Execute segmentation studies, customer satisfaction assessments, player behavior analyses, product testing, and competitive evaluations.

• Create reports, presentations, dashboards, and management summaries.

• Document research findings comprehensively.

• Contribute to the development of reusable research frameworks, databases, and platforms.

• Assist and coordinate international market research projects.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external market research agencies, and international teams.

• Oversee timelines, quality standards, and agreed-upon project deliverables.

• Enhance research methodologies, standards, and templates.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, business development activities, and cross-functional knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in market research, Consumer or Customer Insights, Competitive Intelligence, Business Analytics, or strategic research.

• Proven experience in conducting and supporting market research projects.

• Background in data analysis with the ability to derive actionable recommendations.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Structured problem-solving abilities.

• Experience collaborating with international markets and cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Familiarity with the gaming industry, especially online gaming, is a plus.
