Consultant – Global Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Design and facilitate customer workshops and pre-sales initiatives

• Manage projects effectively

• Create architecture designs and documentation for complex on-premises and/or cloud automation solutions

• Make strategic decisions regarding products and technologies

• Implement cloud automations utilizing: Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate

• Develop on-premises automations using PowerShell and batch scripts

• Utilize System Center Orchestrator (SCO)

• Employ Windows OS features (such as Scheduled Tasks)

• Execute on-premises and cloud automations via Microsoft Graph API (PowerShell / C# SDK)

• Work with the Exchange Online PowerShell module

• Use the Active Directory PowerShell module

• Manage SharePoint Online through the Management Shell

• Oversee technical project implementation, operational management, and troubleshooting

• Maintain and enhance system documentation

• Collect, organize, and document user requirements (requirements engineering)

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of Windows OS

• High proficiency in a Windows scripting language (PowerShell preferred)

• In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: HTTP REST services, Microsoft Graph API, Exchange Online PowerShell module, Git, Azure DevOps, Azure Automation, Functions, or Logic Apps

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification is a plus

• Familiarity with the .NET platform and at least one of its languages (C#, F#, or VB)

• Understanding of cloud microservices (preferably Azure)

• Consulting experience is a plus
