Consultant – Financial Aid Director Level Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In the role of a College Aid Services Consultant, you will undertake various positions (such as financial aid director, assistant director, counselor, etc.) for a range of institutions, overseeing Title IV aid, staffing, and operations on a temporary basis.

• College Aid Services Consultants are dedicated to enhancing business processes and efficiencies to support compliance, as well as enrollment objectives and goals.

• They prioritize customer service and are focused on fostering student success.

• Assignments may vary in duration and could involve travel.

• Working hours may fluctuate based on the client's location and the level of support required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Aid roles.

• At least 5 years of experience in FA director-level positions and leadership roles.

• A college degree is preferred, although candidates with significant relevant experience will be considered.

• Proficiency in federal regulations and compliance, along with experience in federal reporting requirements (such as FISAP, IPEDS, HEERF, etc.).

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong capacity to understand client needs and guide teams towards achieving common goals.

• Possesses strategic thinking abilities and leadership skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to motivate, develop, and train staff members.

• Flexible availability for contract work assignments.

• Willingness to travel.
