Consultant, Energy Industry, Feed-in Processes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Managing and processing feed-in requests for generation facilities such as biomass, hydropower, and wind power, along with contract management utilizing SAP IS-U.

• Overseeing remuneration management for feed-in operators under the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) and the Combined Heat and Power Act (KWKG).

• Providing solution-oriented and case-resolving assistance for inquiries and complaints from plant operators regarding feed-in credits.

• Offering guidance to utility companies (EVUs) on the establishment and utilization of the Market Master Data Register (Marktstammdatenregister).

• Conducting analysis and optimization of feed-in processes.

• Creating quality criteria aimed at enhancing and optimizing existing workflows.

• Articulating energy sector relationships related to grid usage and feed-in to plant operators, both verbally and in writing.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a commercial or technical qualification with several years of relevant professional experience in one of the aforementioned areas — further training as a certified energy specialist (Energiefachwirt) is welcomed.

• You have developed good user/application skills in SAP IS-U, Schleupen, or Wilken.

• Familiarity with SAP EEG-Billing is advantageous.

• You have expertise in processing and managing feed-in requests.

• You are well-versed in the pertinent laws and regulations within the energy sector, particularly EEG and KWKG.

• You hold comprehensive knowledge of the energy industry and the operations of the liberalized energy market, including structures, processes, and IT systems.

• You exhibit outstanding commitment, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and in a goal-oriented manner.
