Consultant – Educational Policy Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Senegal.

📋 Description

• Performing and assisting with sector diagnostics.

• Aiding in the creation of financial simulation models for the education sector.

• Assisting in the development, execution, and monitoring of education sector plans.

• Providing cross-cutting support to the Regional Program focused on the inclusion of learners with disabilities.

• Preparing a monthly activity report summarizing the work completed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a similar field.

• A minimum of five years of pertinent experience in educational systems analysis.

• Proven experience in leading or co-leading the RESEN initiative.

• Established experience in designing social research instruments.

• Proficient in utilizing databases, analytical tools, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.

• Strong command of statistical and econometric methods.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
