Consultant, Digitalization Projects – HR Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Advising, designing, managing, and executing digital transformation projects for the implementation of the KIDICAP software within the public sector.

• Supporting all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution to closure.

• Offering organizational consulting to our clients for the rollout and implementation of KIDICAP applications — such as business travel management or the digital personnel file.

• Assisting with software configuration and facilitating training sessions and workshops.

• Developing reusable standards and methodologies for both internal and external processes.

• Collaborating closely with the agile software development team.

• Aiding the product development team in the implementation of new requirements and features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant university degree or a completed commercial/technical vocational qualification.

• A minimum of 2 years of project experience with clients or business units, preferably in software rollouts, technical implementation projects, or similar roles.

• Certification in project methodology (preferably PRINCE2 Agile) or a willingness to pursue such certification.

• A structured and analytical approach to work, a strong interest in emerging technological developments, and a motivation to promote digitalization in the public and social sectors.

• Enjoyment in teamwork and effective communication with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in German (C1+).
