This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Advising, designing, managing, and executing digital transformation projects for the implementation of the KIDICAP software within the public sector.
β’ Supporting all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution to closure.
β’ Offering organizational consulting to our clients for the rollout and implementation of KIDICAP applications β such as business travel management or the digital personnel file.
β’ Assisting with software configuration and facilitating training sessions and workshops.
β’ Developing reusable standards and methodologies for both internal and external processes.
β’ Collaborating closely with the agile software development team.
β’ Aiding the product development team in the implementation of new requirements and features.
β’ A relevant university degree or a completed commercial/technical vocational qualification.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of project experience with clients or business units, preferably in software rollouts, technical implementation projects, or similar roles.
β’ Certification in project methodology (preferably PRINCE2 Agile) or a willingness to pursue such certification.
β’ A structured and analytical approach to work, a strong interest in emerging technological developments, and a motivation to promote digitalization in the public and social sectors.
β’ Enjoyment in teamwork and effective communication with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Proficiency in German (C1+).
β’ 100% remote work (with occasional travel to clients, industry conferences, etc.).
