This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Advising, designing, managing, and executing digital transformation projects for the implementation of the KIDICAP software within the public sector.

β€’ Supporting all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution to closure.

β€’ Offering organizational consulting to our clients for the rollout and implementation of KIDICAP applications β€” such as business travel management or the digital personnel file.

β€’ Assisting with software configuration and facilitating training sessions and workshops.

β€’ Developing reusable standards and methodologies for both internal and external processes.

β€’ Collaborating closely with the agile software development team.

β€’ Aiding the product development team in the implementation of new requirements and features.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A relevant university degree or a completed commercial/technical vocational qualification.

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of project experience with clients or business units, preferably in software rollouts, technical implementation projects, or similar roles.

β€’ Certification in project methodology (preferably PRINCE2 Agile) or a willingness to pursue such certification.

β€’ A structured and analytical approach to work, a strong interest in emerging technological developments, and a motivation to promote digitalization in the public and social sectors.

β€’ Enjoyment in teamwork and effective communication with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

β€’ Proficiency in German (C1+).
