📋 Description

• Lead and enhance the digitalization efforts in German municipalities to elevate them to new heights.

• Oversee transformation initiatives aimed at the digitalization of financial operations.

• Facilitate thorough onboarding and training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or vocational training in public administration, business administration, business informatics, or a similar field.

• A strong interest in consulting and engaging with clients.

• A keen enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially in the realms of digitalization and process management.

• Previous project experience is a plus.

• A high level of commitment, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel within the region.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German.
