This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to assess client needs and enhance performance for women and infants collaborative.
• Analyze and interpret data, generate initial recommendations, and support the implementation of improvements.
• Engage in activities such as issue identification, hypothesis development, planning, interviews, analysis, synthesis, conclusions, deliverables, and change implementation.
• Contribute to team deliverables and presentations throughout all phases of project work.
• Supervise Analyst tasks as needed.
• Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects.
• Participate in practice development and approved educational initiatives.
• Create and sustain dynamic, interactive data models tailored to Premier and client requirements.
• Drive process standardization and automation for client deliverables and internal tools.
• Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.
• Acquire data, manage or oversee analyses, interpret results, and prepare both verbal and graphic presentations.
• Summarize analytical findings, draw conclusions, and draft recommendations for leadership review.
• Implement project plans as per statements of work and client expectations.
• Develop client presentations and deliverables that articulate strategy and outcomes.
• Conduct assigned analyses, prepare reports, and assist clients in implementing changes.
• Identify and communicate potential market opportunities and leads.
• Familiarize yourself with Premier technologies and services, completing any required annual training.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• High School diploma is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of market trends, competitor actions, negotiation tactics, sales-closing strategies, networking, clients, and the healthcare sector.
• Understanding of risk management practices with the ability to identify, communicate, and address risks and issues.
• Proficient in gathering and researching data using standard tools and analytical methods.
• Experience with statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with Tableau and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• SQL skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt for analytics-focused roles.
• Background in healthcare, business, or finance.
• Proven interest in healthcare performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and showcase value from efforts.
• Experience in analyzing complex healthcare datasets and creating visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
• Experience in developing new methodologies and strategic problem-solving.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Flexibility to adapt and quickly change priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Capability to operate computer programs and software effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and electronically.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a business environment.
• Willingness to travel 61–80% within the US.
