Consultant, Client Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Conduct training sessions for small to medium-sized clients covering a range of products and services.

• Engage with clients to identify and assess their training requirements.

• Gain insights into clients' strategies and collaborate with them to evaluate training programs.

• Contribute to the creation of tailored events when necessary.

• Collaborate with senior team members to prepare presentation plans.

• Carry out client follow-up tasks and utilize tools to assess learning outcomes.

• Collect and relay client feedback to enhance the learning experience for users.

• Address basic issues with relevant internal teams or clients while escalating more complex issues or specialized training requests.

• Take part in and execute product demonstrations.

• Participate in cross-training initiatives with the client education team focused on retirement products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Over 2 years of pertinent work experience.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

• FINRA licenses are not necessary and will not be supported for this position.
