Consultant, Change & Rollout Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management of operational rollouts for over 40 applications serving more than 4,500 users.

• Coordination of communications regarding go-lives, follow-ups, evaluations, and quality assurance processes.

• Assisting the Capability Owner in the attainment of strategic goals.

• Organizing events and leading workshop discussions.

• Working directly on-site at the client's premises.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree, ideally in communication, or an equivalent qualification along with relevant professional experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field.

• Capability to navigate complex project structures and engage confidently at all levels of the hierarchy.

• Effective communication skills, along with the ability to develop and implement strategies for stakeholder engagement.

• A combination of instructional skills, conflict resolution, change management, and proficiency in digital transformation processes.

• Strong organizational skills for managing yourself, your stakeholders, and your responsibilities.

• Strategic, interdisciplinary, and analytical thinking, along with adept problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conceptual implementation.

• A readiness to assume responsibility and drive initiatives forward.
