This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Provide consulting assistance to the Built Environment Solutions business unit.
• Design study methodologies, gather and analyze data, and plan and program facility and infrastructure needs.
• Conduct research and produce both formal and informal reports.
• Enhance continuous process improvement and business process reengineering through process mapping, data gathering, analysis, visualization, and the development of digital solutions.
• Create reports, technical documents, presentations, and other project outputs.
• Organize and lead both virtual and in-person stakeholder engagements.
• Meet with clients to share results, address issues, respond to inquiries, and nurture relationships.
• Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, team organization, prioritization, quality assurance, and invoicing.
• Develop project work plans and scopes of work.
• Oversee projects and monitor schedules.
• Prepare fee proposals and manage project budgets and invoicing.
• Create technical memoranda, programming documents such as DD1391s, and technical reports, including Planning Charrette Reports.
• Administer QA/QC for project outputs.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and project teams.
• Conduct technical reporting and presentations.
• Ensure staff resources are utilized efficiently and profitably.
• Hold regular meetings to align project requirements with staff availability.
• Support proposal development by contributing content for approaches, schedules, and other designated sections.
• Collaborate with BES team members, Project Managers, and the Deputy Director of BES.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, operations research, data science, or a related field.
• At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred experience with or for the Department of Defense.
• A valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of the Company's MVR screening.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and other facility offices.
• Skills in project management and project delivery.
• Ability to direct staff, bid on projects, and develop project execution plans and technical deliverables.
• Skills in team building, writing, proposal development, cost estimating, and program execution are advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively as a project manager in a team setting while maintaining positive relationships with team members and clients.
