This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Autonomous management of small to medium-sized funding projects – encompassing strategy development to application submission

• Formulation of funding strategies aimed at start-ups and scale-ups

• Creation of high-quality applications along with grant reporting and settlements, focusing heavily on quality

• Assisting clients throughout the entire application journey

• Close partnership with finance teams and technical stakeholders

• Prioritizing projects while monitoring deadlines

• Ongoing enhancement of internal processes and offering innovative ideas

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration, economics, or a related discipline

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in the start-up, finance, or funding/grants sectors

• Initial experience in managing projects independently

• Capability to effectively prioritize various tasks

• Organized, self-reliant, and resilient working style, even under time constraints

• Strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and proficiency in Excel

• Enthusiasm for understanding financial and grant/funding logic

• Clear, transparent, and solution-focused communication with clients

• Previous experience with funding/grants is advantageous but not mandatory
