📋 Description

• Foster the adoption of Red Hat solutions among customers by leveraging technical expertise, software development capabilities, and interpersonal skills.

• Act as a Red Hat subject matter expert at client locations.

• Address the technical, developmental, and strategic IT needs of customers.

• Influence customer software specifications, designs, testing, and the deployment of open-source solutions.

• Respond to customer challenges, project escalations, and process exceptions in a professional and adaptable manner.

• Collaborate with Red Hat project teams while managing technical implementation, delivery, and customer expectations.

• Successfully complete the Red Hat Consulting Launch Program.

• Utilize acquired skills in customer projects and navigate challenges within a team-oriented environment.

• Provide complex solutions to real-world customer challenges.

• Execute customer projects as a technical contributor with expertise in Red Hat technologies and software development methodologies.

• Broaden both internal and external professional networks.

• Recent graduate.

• Understanding of backend software development methodologies, frameworks, and principles.

• Enthusiasm for developing skills in backend software development, IT automation, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.

• Highly organized in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with collaborative teamwork.

• Ability to engage directly with customers across various roles and organizations.

• Proficient in conveying both technical and non-technical concepts clearly.

• Quick learner with the capacity to grow and adapt to new skills.
