This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners in state and local education agencies.
• Grasp client priorities, evaluate complex challenges, and create strategic solutions that enhance educational outcomes.
• Work together with stakeholders to offer expert guidance, facilitate problem-solving, and support initiatives that promote teaching and learning across Maryland.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships for enduring success, with a focus on growth and retention.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to assist state education agencies and school district clients in areas such as special education, strategic planning, and data management and utilization.
• Spearhead account and client management efforts by developing relationships, aligning solutions with client goals, ensuring client retention, and exploring partnership and growth opportunities.
• Oversee multiple client engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and guarantee successful project outcomes.
• Formulate and maintain a statewide growth strategy for Maryland.
• Deliver presentations and address inquiries from project leadership, colleagues, and clients.
• Identify areas for enhancement and advocate for and implement collaborative solutions.
• Conduct research and write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Must reside in Maryland.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in education, healthcare, or consulting.
• Up to 50% travel may be necessary.
• Possess creative problem-solving skills and a consultancy approach.
• Ability to listen to client needs and align them with PCG's offerings.
• Capable of presenting information and addressing questions from project leadership, colleagues, and clients.
• Dedicated to providing outstanding client service and capable of leading with credibility.
• Flexible, self-motivated individual with intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, business teams, and technical colleagues.
• Ability to advance multiple engagements while attending to detailed aspects.
• Skilled in interacting with various levels of internal and external staff.
• Competent in recognizing issues and proposing solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in research and project management.
• Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to create reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Sound judgment in completing tasks and seeking guidance when necessary.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office software.
