This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients to gain insights into their business objectives, infrastructure challenges, and technology needs

• Convert client needs into practical recommendations and solution proposals that adhere to best practices and industry standards

• Work collaboratively with solution architects and technical leaders to develop scalable, resilient, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions

• Assist in the implementation and deployment of digital infrastructure solutions alongside engineering teams and third-party vendors

• Set up and launch cloud environments, virtual networks, and infrastructure components as per design specifications

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of solutions

• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities, milestones, and deliverables

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure consulting, cloud computing, or network engineering positions

• Relevant professional certifications

• Strong ethical judgment and critical thinking abilities

• Outstanding sales and customer service skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent time management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

• Strong supervisory and leadership qualities

• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

• Solid understanding of infrastructure automation, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex technical issues and devise effective solutions

• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer

• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally
