This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients

• Respond swiftly to incoming inquiries and assist clients with their initial questions

• Engage in discussions to identify client needs and objectives

• Clearly articulate service offerings and suggest subsequent steps

• Arrange follow-up calls or connect clients with appropriate team members

• Record interactions and keep accurate notes in the CRM

• Well-organized and comfortable working in a remote setting

• A people-centric approach with excellent listening and follow-up abilities

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or a client-facing position is a plus
