This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in state agencies and the healthcare industry, gaining an understanding of their challenges and objectives while proposing effective methodologies and strategies.
• Direct health policy and data initiatives, ensuring the execution of client deliverables meets standards for content, quality, and accuracy.
• Manage and delegate tasks to cross-functional project teams, which may include data engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts.
• Define and create clear, impactful written deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Create presentation materials, such as slide decks and briefing papers.
• Supervise 1–2 Project Associates, Project Managers, or Health Policy Analysts, offering guidance, mentorship, support, and daily oversight.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance project management services, strengthen current client relationships, and cultivate new business prospects.
• Assist in the preparation of RFPs and other bidding proposals.
• Continuously enhance subject matter expertise.
• Broaden subject matter knowledge in areas pertinent to current or future client demands.
• Gain experience and success in business development.
• Improve management and supervisory skills.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing health policy and data projects.
• Background in project design and evaluation, including the ability to define project roles and appropriately delegate tasks.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and adhering to deadlines.
• Proven writing and presentation capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to extract insights from complex datasets and clearly identify trends and key takeaways.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree (Master’s of Public Health or similar) is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading and managing project teams within the health data or health policy sectors.
• Ability to spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
