Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide and support the technology that underpins the entire lending lifecycle, encompassing product configuration, financial calculations, customer servicing, payments, and collections.

• Conduct consultancy activities throughout implementation, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

• Collect and document business requirements, process flows, and functional decisions.

• Collaborate with clients to plan delivery activities, monitor progress, and manage agreed actions.

• Offer product and process insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them as necessary.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation and handover materials.

• Assist with user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of delivery methods, templates, and knowledge assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or familiarity with the finance or lending sector.

• Understanding of how IT systems play a role in managing financial products and customer journeys.

• Proven experience in delivering consulting, implementation, or client-facing project work.

• Capability to gather requirements and convert them into clear documentation and actionable steps.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize across multiple tasks.

• Experience in supporting testing, issue resolution, and implementation efforts.

• Proficiency in creating accurate documentation and reports.

• Knowledge of project delivery controls, risk management, and change processes.

• Relevant industry, product, or technical knowledge as needed.

• Successful completion of pre-employment screening checks.
