📋 Description

• Contribute to insight programs that utilize quantitative and mixed methods, assisting clients in addressing critical questions and enhancing decision-making.

• Integrate various evidence sources, human insights, and strategic thought to resolve intricate business challenges.

• Develop consultancy skills through engagement with multiple sectors, methodologies, technologies, and business issues.

• Implement advanced analytical techniques when suitable.

• Investigate AI, innovation, and emerging tools to enhance work practices and deliverables.

• Generate ideas, support new initiatives, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in writing proposals, pitches, and fostering new business opportunities.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in research and consultancy settings.

• Solid foundation in quantitative research methods.

• Strong grounding in quantitative methodologies.

• Experience with advanced analytics is essential.

• An aptitude for advanced analytics is a plus.

• A curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.

• Interest or experience in coding, developing AI-driven projects, or creating personal tools.

• Proactive, reliable, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
