This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with an Advisory consulting team to enhance performance within healthcare systems.
• Execute billable client tasks while meeting utilization goals.
• Engage in project planning, client interviews, issue identification, hypothesis development, analysis, data interpretation, synthesis, and the creation of recommendations.
• Spearhead analyses and prepare verbal, visual, and written presentations and materials for client stakeholders.
• Support clients in implementing suggested improvements and desired transformations.
• Contribute to team deliverables and presentations across all phases of each project.
• Supervise Analyst work as needed.
• Participate in Advisory practice development and Service Line initiatives.
• Acquire knowledge of Premier technologies and services.
• Construct and maintain dynamic, interactive data models tailored to Premier and client requirements.
• Drive the standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools.
• Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, Excel analyses, and associated tools.
• Lead the production and quality assurance of client analytics deliverables.
• Offer data-driven insights and solutions.
• Identify market opportunities and relay potential leads to managers.
• Fulfill mandatory annual training.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience.
• High School diploma is required.
• Background in healthcare, business, or finance.
• Proven interest in healthcare performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and showcase value from efforts.
• Experience in analyzing complex healthcare datasets and creating visualizations and presentations.
• Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
• Experience in developing new methodologies and strategic problem-solving.
• Awareness of market trends, competitor activities, negotiations, sales closing strategies, networking, clients, and the healthcare sector.
• Understanding of risk management practices and the ability to identify, communicate, and address risks and issues.
• Capability to gather and research data using common tools and analytical methods.
• Proficiency in statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with Tableau and Business Intelligence Analytics.
• Familiarity with Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Capacity to adapt, swiftly change priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.
• Effective communication skills, both in person and electronically.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Skill in collaborating within a business environment with peers and handling interruptions.
• Willingness to travel 61-80% within the United States.
