Construction Project Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Direct SBD's participation in significant construction projects across North America, ensuring comprehensive involvement from pre-construction planning through to project completion.

• Establish and nurture direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors, comprehending their requirements and advocating for SBD’s solutions.

• Promote and implement SBD’s value-added products and services, tailoring solutions to enhance project efficiency, safety, and profitability.

• Supervise SBD’s contributions throughout all phases of construction, collaborating with internal teams to guarantee timely product delivery and issue resolution.

• Create and execute detailed engagement plans for each project assigned.

• Identify new avenues for SBD to provide value, streamline processes, and improve customer satisfaction during the project lifecycle.

• Track project progress, manage budgets, and deliver regular updates to leadership regarding SBD’s influence and project metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred (with a focus on Business Management or Engineering).

• Over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications are preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in construction project management is preferred.

• Capability to forge relationships and collaborate effectively with all organizational levels.

• Proficiency in building and aligning a team with the overarching strategic plan.

• Ability to work collaboratively with relevant internal team members.

• Experience in planning and executing meetings and events of various sizes and scopes.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, and smartphone usage.
