This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee SBD’s participation in significant construction projects across North America, ensuring complete engagement from pre-construction planning through to project completion.
• Establish and nurture direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors, understanding their requirements and advocating for SBD’s solutions.
• Promote and implement SBD’s value-added products and services, tailoring solutions to enhance project efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Supervise SBD’s contributions throughout all construction phases, working with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and effective problem resolution.
• Create and execute detailed engagement plans for each assigned project, aligning SBD resources with project milestones and customer needs.
• Identify new opportunities for SBD to enhance value, streamline processes, and improve customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership on SBD’s contributions and project metrics.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (with a focus on Business Management or Engineering advantageous).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications are preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in construction project management is preferred.
• Ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively with all organizational levels to drive strategy, influence stakeholders, and establish procedures and protocols.
• Proficient in building and aligning a team with the overall strategic plan of the group, taking accountability for failures while acknowledging team successes.
• Capability to collaborate with relevant internal team members to address issues that arise with end users in your region.
• The ideal candidate should possess experience in planning and executing meetings and events of various sizes and scopes.
• Must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of budget management and execution for your region to adhere to the established forecast and allocation.
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, and smartphone usage.
