This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead SBD's participation in significant construction projects across North America.
• Establish and nurture direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Advocate for and implement SBD's value-added products and services.
• Supervise contributions throughout all phases of construction.
• Create engagement plans for each designated project.
• Identify new avenues to enhance value and improve customer satisfaction.
• Track project advancement, manage budgets, and provide reports to leadership.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications are preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in construction project management is preferred.
• Exceptional ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in team building and aligning with strategic plans.
• Experience in planning and executing meetings and events.
• Knowledgeable in budget management for projects.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, and smartphone applications.
