This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Lead the involvement of SBD in significant construction projects across North America.
• Establish and nurture direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Advocate for and implement SBD’s value-added products and services.
• Supervise SBD’s contributions throughout all phases of construction.
• Create and execute detailed engagement plans for each assigned project.
• Identify new avenues for SBD to enhance value.
• Track project progress, manage budgets, and provide consistent updates to leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred (Business Management or Engineering is preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications are preferred.
• Proven experience in construction project management is preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Skilled in assembling and aligning a team with the overall strategic plan.
• Capable of collaborating with the relevant internal team members to address challenges.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing meetings and events.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of managing and executing a budget for your region.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite, SAP, and smartphone usage.
