This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Direct SBD’s engagement in significant construction projects across North America.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Advocate for and implement SBD’s value-added products and services.
• Supervise SBD’s contributions throughout all phases of construction.
• Create and execute detailed engagement strategies for each designated project.
• Discover new avenues for SBD to enhance value, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Track project advancements, manage budgets, and provide consistent updates to leadership.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree (Business Management or Engineering is ideal).
• Over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• OSHA10 and OSHA30 certifications are preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in construction project management is preferred.
• Must possess the ability to establish relationships and work efficiently with all organizational levels.
• Adept at forming and aligning a team with the overall strategic objectives of the group.
• Capable of collaborating with relevant internal team members to address challenges.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in planning and executing meetings and events of various sizes and scopes.
• Must exhibit a comprehensive understanding of managing and executing a budget for the region.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite, SAP, and smartphone usage.
