Construction Project Manager – Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct and oversee construction closeout activities for large-scale data center initiatives.

• Manage and coordinate the collection, assessment, and approval of redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other essential closeout documentation.

• Conduct field verification audits to ensure as-built conditions and documentation accuracy.

• Execute QA/QC reviews of project deliverables to ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance.

• Hold contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders accountable for meeting closeout milestones and documentation requirements.

• Track closeout schedules, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to adhere to project timelines.

• Evaluate technical deliverables utilizing knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to resolve discrepancies.

• Communicate project status, risks, and action items to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Enhance closeout processes and documentation standards to facilitate efficient project turnover.
