This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

• Lead projects from pre-construction through to close-out phases.

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, coordination of subcontractors, and logistics on job sites.

• Manage several concurrent commercial projects at various stages.

• Review and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, field teams, and subcontractors.

• Travel to active job sites approximately 50% of the time.

• 5+ years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.

• Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced projects with tight deadlines.

• Experience in commercial build-outs, tenant improvements, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar high-volume construction settings.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and subcontractor management.

• Capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

• Familiarity with project management software (Procore preferred).

• Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000, depending on experience.
