Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of multiple projects, including commercial, industrial, and warehouse buildings.

• Responsibilities encompass budgeting, buyout processes, scheduling, obtaining permits, coordinating construction, and managing project closeouts.

• Develop project timelines and schedules.

• Facilitate regularly scheduled meetings with contractors and the broader project team.

• Prepare construction estimates for the RCEs.

• Ensure the maintenance of project budgets submitted weekly for review.

⛳️ Requirements

• Service member fellows transitioning from military service must be within 180 days of their transition at the start of the 12-week program.

• Must currently be enrolled in the DoD Skillbridge program through the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship.

• Preferably possess three (3) or more years of relevant experience in military or a related field such as supply chain, logistics, or warehousing.

• Two (2) or more years of experience in managing and leading direct reports is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or Finance is required.
