This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Deliver expert project management for assigned projects and tasks at client locations, campuses, and facilities.
• Engage with client representatives and collaborate with property or facility management teams.
• Oversee and coordinate services and processes under client-contracted project management and tenant improvement agreements.
• Create agendas and manage master project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Keep building management informed about project developments.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews throughout the conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases.
• Assist in the selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and project invoices; discuss costs and their implications.
• Provide marketing support services to clients as needed.
• Comply with corporate, building, client, and governmental policies, laws, regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Work alongside building and facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost, and profit goals.
• Report significant issues, findings, and outcomes to the immediate supervisor, along with recommendations.
• Secure management approvals for organizational alterations, additional commitments, and expenditures that exceed approved budgets.
• Uphold high standards of qualitative and quantitative work.
• Continuously enhance skills and stay updated with current knowledge in the field.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 5 years of directly relevant experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management role.
• Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing team members.
• Preferred hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects.
• Strong client focus.
