This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Oversee intricate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams and contractors to achieve results and deliver outstanding builds.
• Industrial Refrigeration Experience — 2–5 years as a Project Manager in industrial piping or ammonia refrigeration settings; proven capability to manage complex mechanical installations from initiation through to commissioning.
• Ice Rink Systems — Familiarity with ice rink refrigeration, floor systems, dasher board coordination, rink piping, and integration with packaged ammonia systems is highly preferred.
• Mechanical Engineering Background — A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field is preferred; ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and fabrication details is essential.
• Advanced Project Scheduling — Proven expertise in MS Project, including detailed task sequencing, resource allocation, labor forecasting, and cost management.
• Multi‑Project Leadership — Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple large‑scale industrial projects simultaneously across various construction phases.
• Successful Project Delivery — History of completing significant industrial piping and ammonia refrigeration installations for reputable contractors, showcasing strong performance in safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Team Development — Proficient in coaching, mentoring, and enhancing project teams; fosters accountability and technical expertise among field and engineering personnel.
• Financial Management — Expertise in forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, labor productivity monitoring, and margin protection.
• Communication & Professionalism — Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; highly organized, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and capable of functioning with minimal supervision.
• Operational Excellence — Strong planning and organizational abilities to coordinate fabrication, field installation, subcontractors, and commissioning tasks across several concurrent projects.
