Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and revise construction schedules, Gantt charts, and project documentation.

• Monitor daily stand-up notes and summarize outcomes from weekly production meetings.

• Handle punch lists, work orders, closeout documentation, and lien release waivers.

• Assist with permit applications and entitlement processes.

• Coordinate scopes of work and facilitate contract execution with trade partners.

• Gather W-9 forms and Certificates of Insurance; manage agreements with contractors.

• Engage directly with trade partners to ensure completion of tasks and alignment with schedules.

• Aid in material procurement, purchase orders, and vendor sourcing.

• Process invoices from trade partners and reconcile financial records.

• Create project estimates, budgets, take-offs, and bid comparisons.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and highlight recurring operational challenges.

• Collaborate with architects and designers to keep specification sheets up to date.

• Support initiatives for process improvement and track operational metrics.

• Provide direct project assistance to the Director of Construction across all ongoing projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in scheduling tools, including Gantt charts and critical path method.

• Exceptional written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and hold teams accountable.

• Reliable internet connection and availability to work full-time during EST hours.

• ★ Experience with BuilderTrend (highly preferred).

• Knowledge of US-based construction documentation standards, including W-9s, COIs, and lien waivers.

• Previous experience supporting remote construction or development teams.
