Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure construction projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints

• Supervise project staffing, timelines, and budget management

• Assist in the creation of bid packages, pre-qualification processes, and budget formulation

• Conduct preconstruction meetings and oversee preconstruction activities

• Create initial project timelines, adjust as necessary, and manage subcontractors and vendors according to set deadlines

• Assess project risks and schedule-related challenges, including long-lead materials or equipment that could impact cash flow

• Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Review project delivery methods, suggest alternatives, and aid in their execution

• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Organize regular status meetings with team members, contractors, and vendors

• Ensure timely and accurate project close-outs

• Address project challenges responsibly and proactively seek feedback from others within the organization

• Act as the main point of contact for senior leadership regarding critical business initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Proficient in estimating, scheduling, cost budgeting, field supervision, financial reporting, and managing client relationships

• Willingness and ability to travel out of town and out of state for project site visits

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
